Try this method to see if you can get the drivers working again. A cleaning disk can sometimes help when it is trying to spinup but can't read the disk. Try this - Control Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click the device - Driver's Tab - click Update Drivers (this will likely do nothing) - then RIGHT CLICK the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT. I then decided to have a crack with my DVICO card. I plugged that in, installed the MCE download from the DVICO website as well as the latest drivers (3.9.0) and woot: - both tuners appeared in device manager - was able to tune into multiple channels - channel surf quickly - no dramas whatsoever. I wish I'd had a crack with this earlier.
